我们授予你在自己的 Apple 设备上使用本 App 的个人、非独占、不可转让的许可。你不得转售、反编译或以其他方式规避本条款，法律允许的情形除外。
你在 App 中输入的内容归你所有，我们既无法访问也不做备份。请自行定期导出备份。因设备损坏、系统重置、误删或卸载导致的数据丢失，我们无法恢复。
App 的统计与回顾基于你手动记录的内容，不是医学检测，不能用于诊断或治疗。睡眠、作息相关问题请咨询专业人士。
App 按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接损失承担责任。
我们可能随版本更新调整功能与本条款，重大变更会在 App 内说明。你可以随时停止使用并删除本机数据。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。

Tackie is an on-device time-recording tool: log where your time went, plan ahead, manage to-dos and habits, and review local statistics. This version is completely free, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not resell, decompile or otherwise circumvent these terms, except where the law permits.
Content you enter belongs to you. We cannot access it and do not back it up. Export backups regularly. We cannot restore data lost through device failure, system reset, accidental deletion or removing the app.
Statistics and reviews are based on what you record manually. They are not medical measurements and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Consult a professional about sleep or health concerns.
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may adjust features and these terms with app updates; material changes are described in the app. You may stop using the app and delete local data at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
